Designed to hold exterior water filters up off the ground and close to water fill on RV. Will accommodate most canister type and inline filters. Holder slides in and out of mounting plate, which is secured by screws. Extra mounting plate included which can be mounted in storage compartment to hold filter when not in use. Can be attached to aluminum or fiberglass reinforced surfaces.
